BABY BASMATI/KALA JEERA RICE
Baby Basmati Rice has a more delicate flavor and texture than regular Basmati. Its nutty flavor pairs well with savory dishes like curries and other Middle Eastern fare.
Bamboo Rice is an aromatic, short-grain white rice infused with bamboo juice. This striking pale green rice adds bright color and subtle herbaceous flavor to many dishes.
We choose aromatic, long white grains that cook up fluffier than plain white rice with a sweeter, nuttier flavor than jasmine rice for our White Basmati Rice.
